A well-established teaching hospital with a Level 1 Trauma Designation, Chest Pain, and Stroke Centers is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a contract assignment in Milledgeville, GA. Position Details Role: CT Technologist Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Contract Duration: 13 weeks Work Holidays: Yes, if they coincide with scheduled shifts Call Requirements: None Scrub Color: Black Qualifications and Experience Minimum 4 years of CT imaging experience required ARRT certification in CT and current BLS certification Proficiency in IV starts Comfortable working with electronic medical records (EPIC system) Prior experience with Philips PACS and GE imaging equipment preferred Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of CT/PET imaging techniques First-time travelers will not be considered Responsibilities Perform CT imaging for diverse patient populations including inpatients, outpatients, and emergency cases Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a high-volume setting averaging 100 patients daily Maintain high standards of patient care and safety Engage in departmental orientation and ongoing training Follow established protocols and department culture that promotes inclusivity Additional Information Parking is available at a nominal biweekly fee Orientation includes facility onboarding and a one-day departmental introduction Scheduling flexibility with manager-approved requests for time off This contract role is ideal for a seasoned CT Technologist looking to apply advanced imaging skills in a dynamic hospital environment on a weekend-focused night schedule.
