Only USC and GCJob DescriptionTCS, a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, leverages technology for business transformation and helps catalyze change.• Handle inbound calls and email services inquiries on queries such as: 1) Process & status of Estimate or Supplement 2) Payment Status - Rental, Tow, Property Damage 3) Payment Issuance 4) Analyzing Payments - Void and Reissue requests 5) Status of Estimates, send copy, advise assignment submission instructions 6) Supplement or Estimate stuck in process 7) Status of Deductible 8) Status on Rental 9) Advise status on Tow 10) Advise status on Total Loss 11) Supplements not Approved, advice on supplement process• Customer service skills with good written and verbal communication skills (role requires email/fax/phone-based communication)• To have good data entry skills• To have good system skills in Excel, Word and Outlook to ensure clearance of high volumes• Expertise in Auto Claims area will be an advantage
