Position SummaryFitz's Fish Ponds is seeking a Systems & Operations Coordinator to support the continued rollout and optimization of our Odoo ERP system. This position will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure system functionality, data accuracy, user adoption, and ongoing process improvements.This is a highly collaborative position with strong growth potential, blending system administration, operations, and process improvement. Over time, this individual will become the primary internal point of contact for Odoo system support and enhancements. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving problems, improving systems, and becoming a key contributor to how the business operates behind the scenes. Key ResponsibilitiesSystem SupportServe as primary point of contact for internal Odoo-related questions and issuesTroubleshoot system errors and coordinate solutions with internal teams or developersEscalate and manage issues with developers as neededProcess Improvement & Quality AssuranceIdentify opportunities to improve workflows and efficienciesSupport automation efforts across scheduling, invoicing, and lead management through customer follow-upsHelp streamline key processes from quote to paymentTest new features, workflows, and fixes before releaseEnsure alignment with business requirementsData & System ManagementMaintain accurate product, pricing, and inventory dataSupport inventory setup, warehouse organization, and replenishment levelsAssist with system updates, landed cost configuration, and data importsProject SupportSupport rollout of ongoing initiatives such as system enhancements, marketing automation, AI integrations, and new feature rolloutsAssist in managing project backlog and prioritizationHelp track progress and ensure projects stay on scheduleTraining & AdoptionSupport employee training and onboarding in Odoo eLearningCreate and manage training materials Help drive system adoption company wide and reinforce SOP usageCross-Team CollaborationWork closely with all departments to understand needs and improve system usageMaintain visibility into all active Odoo-related projectsCommunicate updates and improvements clearly to staff members QualificationsAbility to build and maintain strong working relationships across departments to facilitate communication, support issue resolution, and drive successful adoption of systems and processes.2 - 4 years experience in operations, systems, or business support roleStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsComfortable working across multiple systems and teamsExperience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred but not required)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to participate in online Odoo, specific, training courses to become more familiar with the softwareIntermediate knowledge of Google Workspace, including: Google Sheets and Google DocsHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experienceOpportunity for growth as system ownership expands BenefitsMedical InsuranceDental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k and company matchEmployee company discountHigh-growth and promotion opportunities!
