Job Description:
Join a fastpaced manufacturing team where you'll operate equipment, package products, ensure quality, and help keep production running smoothly. Location: Milford DE Schedule: 2:30pm-11:00pm What You'll Do Operate and adjust production and packaging equipment Inspect products and complete accurate paperwork Fill, label, cap, seal, and package finished goods Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all safety procedures Use scales, basic computer tools, and materialhandling equipment Train new team members and support continuous improvement What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED 1+ year of production or manufacturing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fastpaced environment Basic math skills and ability to read English instructions Why You'll Love It Teamoriented environment Opportunities to learn multiple jobs and grow Make a real impact on product quality and production flow Pay Details: $16.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
