HR Specialist Opportunity In Milan, Ohio We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support daily HR functions and office operations in a professional, fast-paced environment in Milan, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on HR experience and takes pride in keeping processes organized, compliant, and running smoothly. You will play a key role in supporting employees and leadership while ensuring day-to-day administrative functions are handled accurately and efficiently. This is a first-shift opportunity, typically Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm (hours may vary slightly based on business needs). Pay: $24.50 $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities include: Managing onboarding documentation and new hire processes Maintaining organized and compliant personnel files Supporting HR policies, procedures, and documentation Assisting with payroll documentation and timekeeping coordination Communicating with employees regarding HR-related matters Providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism Qualifications: Previous experience in Human Resources required Strong administrative and organizational skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment Professional communication skills Resumes will be carefully reviewed prior to scheduling interviews.
