Temp to Hire Job Title: Production Laborer - Manufacturing Pay Rate: $15/hr Shift: Day Shift | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday - Thursday We're hiring Production Laborers to help manufacture environmental and erosion control products. This is hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced production environment. Job Duties: Operate production equipment and machinery Load/unload large materials (not extremely heavy, but bulky) Perform basic equipment checks and cleanup Follow safety rules and PPE requirements Work with the team to meet daily production goals Requirements: High school diploma or GED Experience with hand tools a plus Able to lift up to 50-100 lbs Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions and in high dust areas Reliable attendance and flexible with hours, nights or weekends may be required LSI Staffing is An Equal Opportunity Employer.
