COMPENSATION DETAILS - EARN UP TO $24.00 PER HOUR - Base pay of $18.50 per hour includes guaranteed hourly pay and a $3.00 Network Fee component. - Paid for every hour worked. - Weekly BONUS OPPORTUNITIES of up to $250 based on performance and schedules. - Earn an extra $100 Weekly Bonus for working 36-44.99 hours. - Earn an additional $100 Weekly Bonus for working 45+ hours (only one hours-worked bonus applies per week). - TNPS Performance Bonus - $50 Gift Card for achieving 4 or more TNPS Promoters in a single day with zero TNPS Detractors. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS To excel in this role as a TurboTax Service Provider, you will need: No specific accounting background required; we seek enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and assist TurboTax customers. Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers with TurboTax products and tax return software. The ability to understand and empathize with customer needs while providing innovative and top-tier service. Note: Starting pay is $18.50 gross per hour, with a minimum requirement of 25 hours per week from Monday to Sunday, between 8AM and 12AM EST. Fees apply ($2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 LiveXchange Service Fee). To receive the $405.00 certification bonus, criteria must be met: completion and passing of training certification, and a minimum of 8 hours worked on October 15th.
