Job Full Description Senior Electrical Engineer | Direct HireLocation: Middletown, CTPay range: $100,000-150,000 The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, hands-on problem-solving ability, and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented culture with a family-style atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop advanced control systems for rotating aerospace subassemblies Program and integrate control platforms including LabVIEW and PLC systems Design and support regenerative systems utilizing variable frequency drives (VFDs) and electric motors rated 500 HP and above Select, integrate, and troubleshoot physical sensors (temperature, pressure, flow, force, etc.) Develop and support motor drive electronics and associated instrumentation Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting of control systems Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams Support documentation, technical reports, and compliance requirements Provide technical guidance and mentorship as needed Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) - Required Minimum 3-5 years of electrical engineering experience Experience with LabVIEW, PLCs, and discrete electronic instrumentation Strong knowledge of regenerative systems and high-power VFD-driven motor systems (500 HP+) Experience with physical sensor integration and motor drive electronics Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment If you are interested and qualified for this position, please contact us at (203) 235-5627 or send a copy of your resume to us at .
