Your proactive approach will help safeguard our team members, enhance operational efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of occupational health and safety.Duties-Supervise daily quality control inspections for corrugated products including displays, packaging, and custom materials.-Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and procedures for production processes.-Lead workplace safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.-Conduct safety audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.-Train employees in quality procedures, equipment safety, and best manufacturing practices.-Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to customer specifications and internal quality standards.-Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to quality or safety issues.-Maintain documentation for quality reports, inspections, and safety compliance.-Collaborate with production leadership to improve process efficiency and reduce defects.Requirements3-5 years' experience in quality supervision or quality control in manufacturing.Experience in corrugated packaging, paper converting, or printing industries preferred.Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and workplace safety programs.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.-Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Bilingual English/Spanish requiredBenefits:401(k)Health insurancePaid time offVision insuranceExperience:Quality control: 3 years (Required)Language:Spanish (Required)English (Required)Work Location: In person
