About the job CLO (Chief Legal Officer) BACKGROUND: Our client is a global EPC and energy technology leader specializing in LNG/FSRU and Clean Methanol technologies, backed by sophisticated international PE investors. They are aggressively scaling their organization to become a global top-tier firm. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead global legal strategy, corporate governance, and complex compliance. Manage large-scale EPC contracts, claims, disputes, and litigation. Serve as the primary legal liaison for foreign investors and top management. QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience as CLO/General Counsel (15+ years) in EPC, LNG, or Energy Private Equity sector. Expertise in global legal frameworks (US/NY Bar preferred). Must be a Proactive leader with strong executive communication skills.
