Senior Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Engineer

A motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Doral, FL. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead engineering and modernization efforts for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments supporting DoD missions, driving requirements analysis, solution design, and lifecycle documentation in alignment with DoD 5000.02 processes. Engineer, manage, and optimize enterprise VDI platforms VMware Horizon 2512, with hands-on expertise in image creation, application layering, profile management, and performance tuning. Administer and enhance VDI components, including Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM), App Volumes, Instant Clone Pools, FS - Logix for O 365, and associated user experience optimization tools. Troubleshoot complex VDI issues, including pool configuration changes, v. Center related desktop failures, image related defects, and performance degradation across distributed environments.
