This role plays a key part in supporting talent acquisition efforts, helping to keep recruiting operations running smoothly while ensuring a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience.Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Management, the Recruiting Coordinator will assist across the full recruitment lifecycle"”from opening new roles to scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting the offer process.Key ResponsibilitiesInterview Coordination & Candidate ExperienceCoordinate and manage interview logistics across multiple open rolesSchedule and organize virtual and onsite interviews, including travel coordination when neededServe as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring teams throughout the interview processEnsure a seamless and high-touch candidate experience from initial scheduling through final interviewsRecruiting OperationsPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to launch searches, gather requisition details, and organize interview panelsTrack employee referral candidates throughout the hiring processMaintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate documentation and data integrityOffer & Hiring SupportDraft offer letters and support offer executionInitiate background and reference checksSupport hiring managers and recruiters through final hiring stagesReporting & Process ImprovementGenerate weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruiting reports and metricsMonitor recruiting campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvementSupport sourcing activities, candidate outreach, and initial screenings as neededConduct research on talent market trends and pipeline opportunitiesAdministrative & Project SupportProvide operational and administrative support to senior People leadershipMaintain strict confidentiality when handling candidate and organizational informationContribute ideas and improvements to recruiting processes as the organization scalesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field preferred2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or HR support1+ year of experience supporting sourcing, screening, or recruiting operations preferredStrong understanding of recruiting workflows, interview processes, and hiring best practicesExperience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceExceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting prioritiesProfessional, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountabilityPlease submit your resume in Word format for immediate consideration!You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
