The Maercks InstituteThe Maercks Institute is one of the most distinctive facial plastic surgery practices in the world, attracting patients globally for natural, deep-plane facial rejuvenation. We are seeking a high-performing sales professional to guide prospective patients from first contact through consultation and surgery scheduling.This is not a front-desk or administrative role.This is a high-ownership, high-accountability sales position working directly with patients seeking $30,000-$120,000+ facial procedures.Who this role is for:You are calm, articulate, decisive, and comfortable guiding affluent patients through meaningful, high-trust decisions. You understand that speed, clarity, and confidence are forms of respect.You are energized by:Speaking with motivated patientsQualifying timelines and budgetsEducating before objections ariseBooking consultations and surgeriesBeing measured by results not activityKey ResponsibilitiesRespond to all new leads within 5 minutesConduct phone and video qualification callsEducate patients on: advanced deep-plane facelift techniques, awake/local anesthesia surgery, natural, structural facial rejuvenation as well as certain body proceduresAbility to qualify patient goals, timeline, budget and financing needsSchedule virtual consultations, in-person consultations, surgery datesMaintain accurate CRM documentationTake full ownership of assigned leadsExperience Required:High-ticket sales ($20k+ offers), preferred in medical, aesthetic, or luxury marketsExperience speaking with affluent or international clienteleComfort discussing pricing early and confidentlyProven ability to follow a structured sales processStrong preference for backgrounds in:Plastic surgery or aestheticsLuxury medical salesHigh-end real estate or private aviationRemote high-ticket sales closingPerformance Metrics:Average response time under 5 minutes=80% lead contact rate=60% consult booking rateConsistent progression of leads through the pipelineThis is a performance-based role.
