Adecco is assisting a local client on their search for a Bilingual (English-Spanish) Customer Service & Cashiering Associate to join a high-traffic, customer-focused operation in the Miami Gardens area. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates skilled in customer service, payment processing, and fast-paced retail or service environments.Candidates with prior experience in powersports dealerships or automotive dealerships are highly encouraged to apply, as this background is ideal for the role.Location: Miami Gardens, FLSchedule: Tuesday-Saturday from: 9am to 6pmPay: $18 per hourKey Responsibilities+ Provide friendly, professional customer support in both English and Spanish+ Process cash, card, and digital payments with accuracy and attention to detail+ Assist customers with questions, account details, and service needs+ Follow all company policies regarding payment handling and documentation+ Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors+ Support daily operational tasks and help resolve customer concernsPreferred Experience (Highly Valued)+ Experience in a powersports dealership (ATVs, motorcycles, personal watercraft, side-by-sides, etc.)+ Experience working in a car dealership (service department, cashiering, warranty, or customer service roles)Required Qualifications+ Bilingual English-Spanish (required)+ Customer service, cashiering, or payment processing experience+ Strong communication and people skills+ Reliable, punctual, and able to work Tuesday-Saturday+ Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systemsHow to ApplyIf you meet the qualifications-especially if you have powersports or dealership experience -we encourage you to apply today through Indeed.
