Fleet Support Analyst

Introduction The role involves ensuring the operational uptime of our fleet, focusing on live troubleshooting of hardware and software-related issues, and collaborating closely with operators and the Fleet Support Engineering team. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, ideally within the automotive or transportation industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment. Strong commitment to safety and adherence to strict quality standards. Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry. Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with electric vehicle technology. Experience with remotely supporting vehicle troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with vehicle hardware. Experience with Linux & Python-based programming systems for fleet-level data processing. Experience with software that interfaces with hardware. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Act as the point of contact for real-time escalation of fleet issues. Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of autonomous vehicle systems, robotics, and software. Escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely intervention by higher-level teams. Document issue resolution processes and capture detailed records of troubleshooting steps. Analyze historical data to identify trends and implement preventive measures. Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, providing updates to passengers, operators, engineers, and management teams.
