Job Summary:The Agricultural Grower Intern will gain hands-on experience in plant production, greenhouse operations, and crop management. This structured 3-month summer program is designed to provide real-world exposure across the farm while developing the next generation of growers and leaders.Program Structure: · Duration: 3-month summer internship · Cross-Department Exposure: Spend 1-2 days with each department across the farm (Production, Planning, Logistics, Merchandising, etc.) to gain a full understanding of operations · Leadership Projects: Complete and present two (2) key projects to the leadership team at the conclusion of the program · Career Opportunity: High-performing interns will be strongly considered for full-time opportunities upon completion of the program Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily greenhouse and nursery operations, including watering, fertilization, pruning, and plant care Monitor plant health, identify pests/diseases, and support treatment plans Support crop scheduling, spacing, and inventory management to meet production goals Work alongside growers to analyze plant performance and improve quality Maintain accurate records of plant growth, environmental conditions, and treatments Assist with propagation activities including seeding, transplanting, and cutting production Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesQualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Plant Science, or related field Strong interest in plant production and greenhouse operations Ability to work in outdoor/greenhouse environments (heat, humidity, standing for long periods) Detail-oriented with strong observation and problem-solving skills Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and take initiative Basic knowledge of plant care and irrigation systems is a plus At Pure Beauty Farms, we believe in growth, both in our plants and our people.
