What You'll DoHandle day-to-day bookkeeping and office supportMaintain financial records and pull reportsGenerate invoices, process POs, and manage documentationSupport accounts payable and receivablePrepare customer quotes, proposals, and sales ordersTrack project/job costs and assist with budgetingCoordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients on orders and updatesAssist with payroll coordination and expense reportingHelp streamline office workflows and maintain filing systemsSupport ownership with operational and finance-related tasks ?
