This position ensures all escrow files are accurately prepared, compliant, and processed efficiently in a fast-paced, production-driven environment ?.?? This is a non-customer-facing role "” no direct interaction with clients, agents, or lenders.Key Responsibilities?? Process and manage large volumes of escrow documents with high accuracy?? Support the initiation and closing of residential escrow files??? Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations ?? Meet strict deadlines in a high-volume production environment?? Prioritize tasks effectively during peak periods (including month-end closings)?? Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth processingTop Skills Required?? Strong attention to detail & accuracy?? Flexibility in a fast-changing environment??
