Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred.Demonstrated competency in evaluation, plan of care development, goal writing, and documentation compliant with state and federal guidelines.Experience with functional outcome measures and letters of medical necessity preferred.Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and students as appropriate.Current professional liability coverage and ability to maintain required state continuing education and licensure in good standing.
