If you have supported a family member or have experience helping others, your perspective is valued here.We are a locally owned and operated agency serving Lake County and surrounding communities with skilled nursing and non-medical home care services.Position Summary We are seeking a driven and organized Associate Relationship Manager to support referral growth, strengthen community presence, and lead our social media and in-office marketing efforts.This is a primarily in-office role with structured community outreach responsibilities. The ideal candidate is professional, relationship-focused, creative, and highly organized — someone who can manage follow-up, track data, maintain visibility, and consistently represent the BrightStar brand both in person and online.This position works closely with leadership and operations to support census growth and referral development.Key Responsibilities Support and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physician offices, senior facilities, case managers, social workers, and community partners Conduct structured follow-up with referral sources and track engagement activity Manage and execute BrightStar’s social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn, community platforms, etc.) Create and schedule consistent digital content aligned with brand standards Assist with online reputation management, reviews, and community engagement Coordinate marketing materials, email campaigns, and office-based outreach initiatives Represent BrightStar at select networking events and community activities Track outreach efforts, referral data, and growth metrics Support intake coordination and ensure smooth communication between referral partners and office staff Maintain organized reporting for Level 10 (L10) meetings and performance tracking  Qualifications Experience in marketing, communications, relationship management, or business development Strong social media and digital marketing familiarity Professional communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline Comfortable working in-office daily with structured accountability Experience in healthcare or home care is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits- $46,000–$52,000 annual base salary, based on experience- Quarterly L10 performance bonus opportunity of up to 15% of annual salary- Health insurance through Vitable Health, with optional dental and vision coverage- 401(k) retirement plan with employer match- Paid Time Off and Sick Pay- Weekly pay with direct deposit- Mileage reimbursement- ZayZoon Pay on Demand – access earned wages instantlyVitable Health Includes:- $0 copay primary care (in-person & virtual)- $0 copay mental health therapy and life coaching- Nearly 1,000 prescriptions at no cost- Household coverage included Apply TodayIf you are passionate about helping others, enjoy building relationships, and want to grow your career in community outreach and healthcare marketing, we would love to meet you
