Mid-America, located in Northwest Indiana (Munster and Merrillville) has immediate openings for multiple full-time or part-time positions (flexible hours) in its outpatient offices. The practice is also open to providers interested in providing telemedicine services on a remote basis. We are looking to hire multiple therapists.Responsibilities:• Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental health concerns• Implement and review treatment plans• Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely mannerQualifications:• Excellent written and verbal communications skills• Ability to build rapport with clients• Strong leadership qualities• Licensed in Indiana• Experience in providing counseling services to a diverse population of children, adolescents, or adultsBenefits:• Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience Free supervision provided by an LCSW or HSPP Compensation: $48K- 62K Full time..... $25-30 per hour (direct contact w/ patient) Part-time/Contractually.....
