Accounting Clerk

Description ResponsibilitiesAccounting Specialists are responsible for maintaining and managing a company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Their duties typically include:+ Recording and processing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries. + Reconciling bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy. + Preparing and analyzing financial reports, assisting with budget tracking, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. + Managing invoices, reimbursements, and payments, and acting as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and employees regarding financial matters. + Assisting with tax documentation, audits, and compliance with financial regulations. + Supporting the CFO, Accounting Manager, or Finance Director with assigned tasks and financial analysis.
