What you will do - Essential Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers throughout the entire process, from sales and appraisals to test drives and financing applications. Conduct vehicle condition assessments and communicate findings to buyers for accurate customer appraisals. Receive and check in vehicles shipped to CarMax, ensuring inventory accuracy through daily scans and reconciliations. Perform cosmetic inspections to ensure vehicles meet CarMax quality standards. Handle various administrative tasks, including printing reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, liaising with finance companies, and auditing completed paperwork. Create service appointments and review repair order invoices, ensuring documentation is accurately processed for billing. Purpose of the role This position operates in a fast-paced retail sales environment where teamwork is essential for meeting goals and addressing diverse customer interactions. Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs quickly is key to your success. You will manage a range of tasks with minimal supervision, including vehicle sales, sales paperwork processing, appraisal assessments, and management of repair orders.
