Hands-on cooking role focused on preparing fresh, from-scratch meals for daily service* Execute recipes with consistency, proper technique, and attention to flavor, texture, and presentation* Cook a variety of menu items, including hot entrées, sides, soups, and daily specials* Assist with batch cooking and proper production to meet service needs* Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and appearance* Support menu execution by following production sheets and portion guidelines* Maintain a clean and organized cooking station while working efficiently during service* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control procedures* Healthcare experience is a plus, but strong cooking skills and a passion for food are most important!Schedule:* Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday* 6:30 a.m.- 7:00 p.m.
