The nurse will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that each resident's physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs are met in a safe and compassionate manner. Additionally, they provide oversight, training, and assistance to Certified Nursing Assistants to support individualized resident care. Participates in staff meetings and in-service training.
