About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Primary Care/Family Practice Physician to join our team in Mena, Arkansas. This role involves delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population, managing both acute and chronic conditions, and collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team. This is a full-time position offering a four-day workweek and no on-call or weekend responsibilities, allowing you to enjoy work-life balance while making a significant impact on the community. Key Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up. * Manage acute and chronic medical conditions across all age groups. * Educate patients and families on preventive care, wellness, and health maintenance. * Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care. * Maintain detailed and accurate electronic health records in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Qualifications * Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution. * Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine or a related primary care specialty. * Active and unrestricted medical license in the State of Arkansas. * DEA certification. * Proficiency in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS certification within nine months of employment. * Familiarity with electronic health records and strong organizational skills.
