Warehouse Support Associate - St. Thomas, USVI Haugland Group, a privately-owned Long Island, New York-based civil infrastructure and energy construction company has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Associate to support our busy St. Thomas, VI warehouse location. We are looking for a self-motivated individual, with the ability to adhere to direction. The right candidate will have a positive attitude, willing to learn new skills, and be a dedicated worker. Key Functions * Responsible for general warehouse duties including laboring, driving, and organizing inventory. * Assist in preparing equipment and materials, and ensuring readiness of tools and supplies. * Organize and maintain warehouse operations to support routine work. * Unload, palletize, and store materials accurately and efficiently. * Operate dollies and pallet jacks to safely move heavy equipment and boxes. * Perform regular inspections of equipment to ensure readiness for field deployment. * Work closely with field crews and supervisors to stage and dispatch materials and vehicles as needed. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company safety standards. * Support inventory tracking, cycle counts, and reordering of supplies and tools. * Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned. Desired Qualifications * Prior warehouse and/or logistics experience strongly preferred. * Familiarity with vehicles and equipment is preferred. * Any prior experience operating equipment valued. * Clean driving record. * Capable of lifting more than 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks. * Must be willing and able to work occasional nights and weekends.
