About the JobJob Description:The Driver Recruiting processer will play a key role in attracting and hiring qualified drivers to join our team. This position is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and to onboarding new drivers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the trucking industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with potential candidates.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Process Management:Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Process drivers by pulling PSP, DAC, MVR ETC. and reviewing applications. Data Management & Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in TenStreet.Compliance & Best Practices:Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and DOT regulations.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.Qualifications:Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in Driver Processing.Familiarity with DOT regulations and industry standards is preferred.Experience processing drivers through TenStreet is a must. Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using TenStreet.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
