Recruiting Manager Key Responsibilities Leads high-volume exempt, nonexempt, technical, and specialized recruiting to meet staffing needs while ensuring compliance with employment laws. Provides leadership, coaching, and performance management for the recruiting team, setting expectations, balancing workloads, and aligning resources to hiring demand. Partners with hiring managers and senior leaders to assess workforce needs, define skill requirements, prioritize requisitions, and develop scalable short- and long-term recruiting strategies. Oversees end-to-end recruiting operations—from sourcing through offers—ensuring consistency, efficiency, quality, and alignment with organizational standards. Develops, analyzes, and presents recruiting metrics and dashboards to forecast needs, identify bottlenecks, and drive data-based improvements. Ensures accurate ATS data, reporting integrity, and compliance with audit and regulatory requirements. Manages employment advertising, sourcing strategies, and recruiting technologies; evaluates effectiveness and adjusts to support high-volume and technical hiring. Oversees relationships with external recruiting vendors and staffing agencies, monitoring performance, candidate quality, and cost- Manages background screening, employment verification, and pre-employment processes to support timely candidate start dates. Drives continuous improvement to streamline workflows, enhance automation, improve recruiter productivity, and elevate candidate and hiring manager experience. Demonstrates strong leadership, analytical thinking, and independent problem-solving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Recruiting Manager RequirementsBachelor’s degree required. Equivalent experience may be considered. 5-8 + years of progressive full cycle recruiting experience required. Demonstrated success in high-volume and technical recruiting environments. Minimum of two years of leadership experience required. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required. Strong experience in recruiting analytics, reporting, and managing recruiting performance metrics is strongly preferred. Experience with UKG preferred.
