This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage recruitingintake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordinationPartner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring prioritiesProactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and outreachConduct phone screens and candidate evaluations to assess qualifications and fitMaintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring processSubmit qualified candidates with clear, concise summariesTrack recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRMEnsure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboardingMeet or exceed fill rate, time-to-fill, and activity metricsRequired Qualifications1+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate)1+ years of experience with technical recruiting in IT
