Job Requirements Health First is proud to start participating with MSEP (Military Spouse Employment Partnership)-a 12-week program that connects military spouses to opportunities for hands-on training, mentoring, and potentially future employment. Candidates are interviewed and matched with host departments, then complete on-the-job training while working four days a week. To be considered, you have to be accepted into the MSEP program.
