The Shipping and Receiving Clerk plays an essential role in the accurate billing and on time, safe delivery of cases to our customers. Building the company brand of Anterior & Complex Case Specialistis always the primary consideration. Must be able to communicate well and have theability to establish relationships with team members and customers.Essential Job Functions:Responsible for accurate invoicing/billingResponsible for opening and disinfecting incoming cases from our local delivery routes and outside carriers.Responsible for filing case paperwork accurately.Responsible for correspondence with UPS and shipping cases UPSNeatly and efficiently making boxes.Responsible for packaging cases to be shipped, ensuring that all items are neatly, safely and accurately prepared for shipment.Responsible for ensuring the accurate, on time delivery of cases to our customers.Help to maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving department.Set up accounts and special addition to these typical duties, engage in other duties and special projects as assigned and requiredRequirementsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsPositive, team-oriented attitude, and professionalismMulti-tasking and organizational skills, with close attention to detailDisplay and promote our company values of Excellence, Creating Opportunities, Growth Mindset, Teamwork and Customer FocusGood time-management skills with an ability to perform under tight deadlinesAble to maintain the highest level of confidentialitySalary Description$17.00 - $20.00/ hourly
