About Market BrewMarket Brew is an enterprise search and AI visibility modeling platform that helps brands understand how search engines and AI systems interpret, evaluate, and retrieve content.Our platform helps organizations improve visibility across traditional search, AI-driven search experiences, and emerging generative search environments.About the RoleWe're hiring a senior in-house Technical SEO & AI Visibility Lead to own analysis quality, implementation strategy, onboarding, training, and partner oversight for Market Brew's enterprise platform.This role is responsible for translating model-driven insights into clear direction, ensuring teams execute against the right priorities, and driving consistent adoption across clients and agency partners.The ideal candidate has deep technical SEO experience, understands how AI is changing search visibility, and can lead implementation, training, and operational best practices at an enterprise level.What You'll Do· Lead onboarding and ongoing success for enterprise clients· Translate Market Brew platform outputs into clear, prioritized SEO action plans· Lead in-house technical SEO strategy and implementation initiatives· Oversee and guide agency partners to ensure high-quality execution· Train clients, partners, and internal teams on platform usage and SEO decision-making· Develop SOPs, playbooks, implementation workflows, and training resources· Analyze site architecture, internal linking, crawl behavior, semantic relevance, and content alignment at scale· Help improve visibility across both traditional search and AI-driven search environments· Validate impact and refine strategies using data and model feedback· Work closely with leadership, product, engineering, and client teams to improve operational scalability and implementation qualityAbout YouRequired· 5-10+ years in technical SEO in an enterprise environment· Deep expertise in site architecture, internal linking, crawl optimization, + large-scale SEO· Experience leading client engagements and cross-team implementation efforts· Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts· Experience training teams, building processes, or developing operational best practices· Understanding of AI visibility, AI Overviews, GEO as it relates to SEO· Experience with enterprise SEO platforms such as BrightEdge, Botify, Conductor, seoClarity, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or Semrush· Familiarity with semantic search, embeddings, entity-based SEO, and AI systems· Analytical, engineering, or data-focused background· Exposure to Python, SQL, APIs, notebooks, or data analysis workflows.What Success Looks Like· Clients and partners execute consistently against model-driven priorities· Training and onboarding are clear, repeatable, and scalable· Analysis is high-quality, actionable, and trusted· Platform adoption is strong across all engagements· SEO implementation quality improves across clients and partners· Operational best practices become standardized and scalableCompensationBase Salary: $100,000-$125,000 annually (based on experience)Standard benefits package included.Relocation assistance may be considered for exceptional candidates.Location RequirementThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Medina, Ohio.
