What You’ll Bring to the Team: Warmly greet clients and answer phones in a friendly and inviting manner. Connect clients with the most suitable tax professional to meet their needs. Schedule appointments according to client preferences. Ensure all client needs are addressed during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. Maintain a clean and organized office environment alongside your team. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned. Your Expertise: Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment. Background in customer service is essential. Proficient in multi-tasking. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office. It would be even better if you also had: A high school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and/or at multiple locations. Experience in sales or marketing.
