Bilingual Energy Efficiency Specialist We are seeking a bilingual detail-oriented professional to help oversee daily program operations, resolve scheduling or administrative issues, and review documentation to ensure quality and completeness for a local nonprofit organization! Bilingual Energy Efficiency Specialist Details: Temp-to-Hire position $21.09 to $27.90 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Process Weatherization Program applications, verify documentation, and assist clients with eligibility and completion in person or by phone. Compile and maintain accurate client files, job site surveys, and program data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with funding and requirements. Answer phones, schedule appointments, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately. Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, contractors, and vendors to support program services and referrals. Assist with administrative, financial, and operational tasks, including invoicing, reimbursements, job costing, grant tracking, and reporting. Support program operations and energy education efforts, including reviewing job documentation and assisting with classes or one-on-one client education. Bilingual Energy Efficiency Specialist Qualifications: At least 2 years of administrative or customer service experience Bilingual with English/Spanish required Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills with the ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team Proficiency with computers and office software, including Microsoft Office, with experience in basic financial processes preferred Valid Oregon driver's license with an acceptable driving record High School Diploma required Applicant may be subject to a background check Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
