The DFC Remarketing Analyst I will be responsible for the process of reconditioning and auctioning vehicles from DFC inventory. They will be responsible for the bids at auctions and whether DFC accepts, or counters offers to dispose of the vehicle. The DFC Remarketing Analyst reports to the DFC Collateral Supervisor. Location: Medford, OR (Hybrid) Responsibilities Verify SCRA checks have been completed within guidelines prior to the auction sale Review vehicle conditions and set auction floor price Review & approve vehicle reconditioning based on condition Access and update various 3rd party recovery/auction portals Review, accept, and counter bids received on vehicles at auction Update loan management system with all relevant auction and sale information Record all transactions and customer notes within the collections system Coordinate auction sale dates with 3rd party auctions and update loan management system Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications Strong attention to detail Sense of urgency Excellent communication PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.) Basic knowledge of asset recovery process Previous vehicle remarketing experience preferred Competencies Does the right thing, takes action and adapts to change Self-motivates, believes in accountability, focuses on results, makes plans and follows through Believes in humility, shares best practices, desires to keep learning, measures performance and adapts to improve results Thrives on a team, stays positive, lives our values Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
