Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company in the Mebane, NC area. This role ensures safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity while supporting and developing night-shift production teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and support night-shift production employees (up to 30 employees)Maintain a safe work environment and enforce all safety protocolsMonitor production schedules and adjust workflow as neededTroubleshoot equipment and production issues to reduce downtimeEnsure product quality standards are consistently metComplete nightly reporting and communicate with other shift leadersQualifications2-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing companyStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of safety practices, quality standards, and technical manufacturing environmentsBasic computer skills; ERP experience a plusPreferredExperience with Lean/5S or continuous improvement
