Maintenance Technician

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Mebane, NC.Position Overview:The Maintenance Technician will support a highly automated manufacturing environment, focusing on maintaining and repairing primarily mechanical equipment with some electrical components. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production efficiency, equipment reliability, and overall operational success.Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment to minimize downtimeMaintain and repair heavy conveyors, flow wrappers, conveyor ovens, and mixing equipmentDiagnose and resolve mechanical and basic electrical issues in a fast-paced environmentSupport highly automated systems and ensure optimal machine performanceWork within a clean room environment while adhering to safety and quality standardsCollaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliabilityDocument maintenance activities and follow established maintenance protocolsQualifications:Experience working with industrial machinery, including conveyors, ovens, and packaging equipmentStrong mechanical aptitude with some electrical troubleshooting abilityExperience in electromechanical systemsAbility to work in a clean room or controlled environmentFamiliarity with automated manufacturing processesPreferred Qualifications:Experience within food production, bakery, or similar manufacturing environmentsExposure to high-speed, automated production linesSchedule & Compensation:Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PMOvertime availablePay: $34-$38/hourAdditional Details:This is a direct hire opportunity with a stable and growing organizationCandidates should be comfortable working in a highly automated, production-driven environment
