Grain Facility Manager

Job Description A growing grain operation in Northern Ohio is seeking an experienced Grain Facility Manager to lead daily operations at a high-volume facility handling both rail and truck traffic. Responsibilities: Oversee grain receiving, storage, conditioning, and loading Manage railcar scheduling and truck logistics Maintain accurate grading and inventory control Ensure equipment uptime and facility efficiency Supervise and develop facility staff Enforce OSHA, DOT, and safety standards Qualifications: 5+ years of grain facility experience Prior supervisory experience required Strong knowledge of rail logistics and grain handling Ability to lead during peak harvest and shipping seasons What’s Offered: Competitive compensation Performance incentives Long-term growth opportunity Please submit your resume to be considered.
