Members of our CAP staff commit to our core values of faith, service, and compassion.Summary: Support the Director in providing leadership and direction for the Home Repair programs. Supervises Home Repair Managers in both the Sandy Valley and Cumberland Valley, ensuring consistency, development, and effectiveness of program components. Supports the Director in developing and maintaining partnerships with governmental and non-profit agencies. Works in partnership with Volunteer program staff in volunteer/AmeriCorps member recruiting for Home Repair. Supports Disaster Relief efforts as needed.Essential Job Functions: Supports the Director in implementing direction, development, and supervision of Home Repair programs and program partnerships. Works to build and maintain the carpentry apprenticeship component of the program. Provides quality leadership to direct reports to ensure conformity to organizational policies and guidelines, as well as program standards, including safety guidelines. 45% Works closely with CAP's Volunteer Program Groups component to ensure consistency and continuous improvement in communications, scheduling procedures, consistency of volunteer groups, Fest planning, and execution. Works closely with volunteer recruiting to provide support in recruiting local volunteers and members for Home Repair programs.
