Our goal is to help our patients reach their full health potential, so they can live their best life!Duties:Perform initial patient evaluations, including history, orthopedic/neurological testing, and spinal assessments.Take, analyze, and interpret X-rays Develop individualized treatment plans based on exam findings, imaging, and patient goals.Review findings and care recommendations with patients in a clear, compassionate manner.Chiropractic care Adjustments (Gonstead- we can provide training if needed) and adjunctive therapiesDocument all encounters Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, exercise, posture, and nutrition to support chiropractic care.Conduct progress exams/x-rays and modify care plans as necessary.Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with staff -Collaborate with other providers and team members to ensure continuity of care.Participate in occasional community outreach events, workshops, or health talks representing the clinic.Requirements:Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)Active Chiropractic license in NE Experience with the Gonstead Analysis preferred but we can provide trainingSchedule:Full time 4-day work week (Mon-Thurs)Compensation (range): $80k-$100k (based on experience)Benefits:Bonus compensationPTO/VacationSimple IRA with matchMalpractice coverageGrowth opportunities with paid Gonstead seminar each year Complimentary chiropractic careBring your dynamic personality, your energy, enthusiasm, and positive attitude will contribute to a vibrant and uplifting work environment, fostering collaboration and camaraderie!
