This position plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service, supporting technicians and advisors, and maintaining organized service workflows.Greet customers and assist with service appointment check-ins and follow-upsAnswer incoming service-related calls and route inquiries appropriatelyAssist with opening and closing repair orders (ROs) in the service systemMaintain accurate customer and vehicle recordsHelp coordinate shuttle rides, loaner vehicles, and waiting room amenitiesCommunicate effectively with technicians, parts department, and service advisorsSupport warranty claim documentation and service filingEnsure service lanes, waiting areas, and workstations are clean and organizedAssist with scheduling service appointments and confirming customer informationTrack and maintain service department supplies and formsProvide backup support during peak times or staff absencesPerform other duties as assigned by managementRequirements High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in customer service or administrative support (automotive industry a plus)Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in basic computer systems and dealership management softwareProfessional appearance and positive attitudeWork Environment:This position may involve working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
