Communications & Change Management Specialist | Enterprise InitiativesWe're looking for a Communications and Change Management Specialist to support enterprise and divisional initiatives through clear, accurate communications and practical change enablement content. If you have proven experience in business communications and change adoption, and enjoy translating complex topics into simple, usable messages, this is a high-visibility opportunity to make real impact.What You'll Do:Develop clear, concise communications to support enterprise and divisional change initiativesTranslate complex business and technology concepts into employee- and leader-ready contentCreate and maintain job aids, enablement materials, and adoption-focused messagingSupport change and adoption efforts through structured communications and content updatesManage and update content using Microsoft SharePoint; build presentations in PowerPointPerform basic video editing to support enablement and training needsIndependently research, evaluate, and summarize complex information with high accuracyCoordinate across teams in a fast-moving, high-visibility environmentWhat You Bring:Proven experience in internal and/or external business communicationsStrong writing and editing skills with a clear, concise communication styleHands-on change management experience (change enablement, adoption, or communications)Experience creating and updating job aids and ongoing contentProficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft PowerPointStrong operational coordination and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently under high expectationsLocation: McLean, VA (United States)Pay: $45 - $50/hour.If you have an interest in Communications & Change Management Specialist, please apply now!Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
