Dealership Parts Runner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dealership Parts Runner to manage the pickup and delivery of parts and equipment throughout the Hamilton Township, NJ area. This individual will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining a professional appearance and upholding safety standards. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable navigating daily routes and interacting with dealership staff and wholesale clients. Key Responsibilities:Safely deliver and pick up parts, equipment, and supplies to customers, wholesale accounts, satellite stores, and vendorsConfirm all invoices match purchase orders and collect payments as requiredMaintain a daily delivery log, ensuring all deliveries are documented with recipient signaturesCoordinate with parts and body shop staff to identify immediate needs and delivery prioritiesPerform daily truck maintenance tasks (fueling, oil checks, cleanliness) and report repair needsAssist in stocking, posting, and organizing incoming parts ordersSupport service department by transporting customer vehicles as neededMaintain a clean and professional appearance at all timesReturn all undelivered items and complete paperwork at the end of each shiftPerform additional duties as assigned by managementRequired Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of relevant experienceValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and time managementCustomer-focused attitude and professional demeanorWork Environment & Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and transport parts throughout the dayRole includes indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)Ability to handle repetitive movement and occasional heavy lifting If you're ready to take the next step in your career and gain valuable leadership experience, apply today!DealerFLEX specializes in full-service staffing solutions for the automotive industry, including valet, service drive management, detail, wash, and fleet operations.
