Duties Mattoon CUSD#2 LIFT Regional Career Center Director Qualifications 1. A minimum of a Master's degree, appropriate licensure and General Administrative endorsement required; and 2. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable. Salary/Benefits Salary range of $100,000 to $120,000.
