Shift: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. • Travel experience is required from any number of months. • Experience with Epic is required from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Rochester Regional Health System. Additional Details: Lab Completion: All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. Required skills and experience: MS/Tele, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Seizure disorders, Substance Withdrawal, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, Isolation Precautions/PPE Preferred skills and experience: Community Hospital Experience. Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Accessing/Managing Ports, Phlebotomy, Wound Care/Wound Vac, Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI), Heparin Protocols, Total joint replacement, Cerner Bridge.
