Purpose As a Temporary Administrative Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the HVAC team by providing essential administrative and clerical assistance. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact during peak seasonal demand and special projects. Key Responsibilities Handle phone calls, route inquiries, and respond to basic customer questions. Prepare and maintain service orders, invoices, and rental agreements. Perform data entry into company systems for billing, scheduling, and inventory management. Organize and file both digital and physical documents accurately. Assist in scheduling technicians and updating calendars efficiently. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain various spreadsheets for tracking information. Support inventory management and supply ordering for HVAC parts. Ensure the office environment remains clean and organized. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of office or clerical experience; HVAC or service industry experience is preferred. Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word) and basic database systems. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment independently. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
