This is a high-impact leadership role with full responsibility for plant performance, team alignment, and profitability.Reporting directly to executive leadership, this individual will oversee department heads, optimize workflows, and ensure the facility meets its financial, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.The OpportunityThis role offers full operational ownership of a manufacturing plant, including P&L responsibility, team leadership, and strategic execution.
