Position Summary: Join Eventus WholeHealth, a premier provider of integrated healthcare services for adults in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are dedicated to providing exceptional primary care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver primary care services that align with Eventus WholeHealth protocols, maintaining high standards in family, geriatric, and internal medicine specifically tailored for long-term care settings. Quality/Compliance: Timely review and approval of MARs and all primary care orders during facility visits or within 24 hours to ensure comprehensive patient care and adherence to Eventus WholeHealth guidelines. Quickly assess and respond to lab results within 24 hours of receipt and manage narcotic prescriptions according to established policies. Complete and submit all essential documentation to Eventus WholeHealth within set timelines, ensuring thorough patient records are maintained. Encourage clear communication with facility staff and administration, providing clear guidance on patient medications and care plans. Stay informed of and comply with all legal, regulatory, and professional standards, including HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality. Consult with clinical supervisors regarding any challenges encountered in patient care decisions. Qualifications/Education: Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution with a valid medical practice license. Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program, national certification, and state licensure. Preferred specialization in geriatric, family, or psychiatric nursing.
