Care is needed 3-5 weekdays per week from 4pm to 8:30pm (occasionally until 9pm, depending on the father's work schedule). The 11-year-old has multiple diagnoses, including ADHD, depression, separation anxiety, and oppositional defiant disorder. Experience working with neurodivergent children and those with special needs is essential.
